Yesterday I announced my Rise: Strength Starter plan on @codyapp with my good friend @ager_bomb!

This plan is all about raising the bar on your lifting fitness by pairing partial lifts like snatch pulls and pause snatch deadlifts with dynamic and explosive movements.

The programming in this series is hyper-focused on improving your strength, power and technique and will increase in difficulty and complexity over 4 weeks. It is perfect for any athlete who wants to be stronger, or any weightlifter who is looking to maximize their push/pull movements – specifically in snatch and clean and jerks.

The general athlete will build strong movement patterns from the ground up while the Olympic lifter will have a solid program to follow to increase their lifts, polish their form and expand their barbell knowledge.
