This video follows the discussion of maintaining a full grip on the barbell during the turnover allowing for a more aggressive drive overhead. Think of it as keeping the circuit closed versus opening the circuit and then having to re-establish connection before the jerk.
Mobility around the front rack complex will be a defining factor in whether or not this technique will be suitable for you. Should you not be able to maintain your grip through the turnover due to mobility restrictions, start by focusing on hanging onto the bar longer before releasing the grip to allow for a stronger pull.
