Straddle work for the week using a rope to pull myself into a pancake stretch.
I found in releasing my hips, my back and shoulders have really opened up as well. I was able to do a respectable backbend yesterday without looking like anything was going to snap in half. This new slack in the system has been translating really well to how I deliver power into my jerks. The only thing I do have to be careful of is reclaiming motor control in the bottom position of my squats due to the increased range of motion.
