Seminar lunch time training. Practicing sets of 5 on the hang power snatch focusing on using the legs to drive the bar overhead.

If you are having difficulty with a specific portion of the lift:

1. Determine the problem.

2. Decide which drill/exercise will help solve this problem.

3. Drill with LOTS of volume at low to medium weights to develop awareness of this new position and movement.

4. Reintegrate into the whole to gauge improvement.

You may need to come back to these exercises/drills periodically especially if errors start to work it’s way back into your movement, but breaking the lift down into less technical pieces allows you to zone in on a few specific qualities at a time.
