Pausing at specific points of the pull help to reinforce awareness of key points. Here we have Keanu (@keanu_redongo) pausing right at the knee level to feel 3 things:

1. Being centered.

2. Staying loaded in the legs.

3. A vertical finish biasing the legs over the back.
