The kids here are fully sponsored and have a focus on the sport that they have been invited to play. The school has a total of 13 programs with 30 coaches dedicated to making these kids the best in the world.

A typical day looks something like this:

830-1130AM Academics

12-1245PM Lunch

1-2PM Nap/Rest

230-6PM Practice

6-7PM Dinner

730-845PM Academics

Each coach has about 4 years to bring the kids up before they move on to the next program with the goal of getting them to the national level. There are a total of 6 levels: World Level, Master Level, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4.

Coaches in China will openly share ideas amongst each other and are open to new methods of training. The goal here being to bring up China weightlifting as a whole.
