Had a few epiphanies yesterday with Coach Wu (@wuchuanfu) on how to time the quads and lats. Also realized how to use the glutes appropriately to finish firing off the extension.

It’s interesting that all these pieces regardless of movement style are present inside the lifts, but the timing and intention of “how” to use these pieces have dramatic effects on the overall movement quality itself.

I was able to begin tying these pieces together this morning which yielded a PR off the blocks at 75kg/165lbs. Work in progress.
