Fun Day at CrossFit Visalia. An amazing group of athletes eager to learn weightlifting; and, I learned that I really enjoy warm weather!

It is truly a pleasure going around visiting all these different communities and seeing the tight knit bond that each one shares. As always, it really does have to start from the top before it can work it’s way down. Great work CrossFit Visalia!
