Pro tip: wrapping athletic tape. A little wrap of tape can go a long way in lending stability, confidence and comfort to the joint.
1. Grab a roll of athletic tape. They usually come in 1.5" width; and these days, in a plethora of colors to match your mood. I find Mueller and Johnson&Johnson to be my favorite brands cause they don’t turn into bracelets as soon as you start to sweat.
2. Unravel a 8"-12" strip.
3. To prep, use @tonyblauer Spear™ hands. This allows room for your wrist to expand and not cut off circulation.
