So the supple leopard (@mobilitywod) has goal of cleaning 400 by the time he’s 40. A great goal if I do say so myself.

From years of teaching others what it means to be in a good position, his own patterns are very well formed. One of the things I did notice, however, was that in his efforts of training for his 100 mile mountain bike race, the slow steady state has made his speediness not as speedy.
