Had the pleasure of working with Jackie Perez (@jackie585) today dialing in some snatch technique. I’m very excited with the progress we made on our very first session. The first two lifts (53lbs) is what she came in with at the top of the session with and the last lift (123lbs) is after a solid 90min of work. Nailed it!

Position is key when it comes to creating movement that is productive towards your activity. Here are 3 points of performance in relation of the barbell when it passes the level of the knees:
1. Weight balanced in the foot
2. Shins vertical against the ground
3. Shoulders and chest up and covering the bar
